Summary
NoS synopsis: "Here’s a change from the grown-up Champions - little Bill (age 4 1/2)." Moving shot of a boat which tows behind it little Bill on a little contraption which acts as a large water ski. Bill stands on it and is pulled through the water. M/S of the boy from the back of the boat - he looks very nonchalant. "Bill is the Champion Junior Surf Boardist - and never minds a ducking!" Bill speeds along then falls into the water. M/S of Bill swimming towards the back of the boat. C/U of Bill with wet hair. He looks up and smiles at the camera. "Bill is a real boy - watch him "do his stuff!" C/U of Bill pretending to flex his muscles. He turns around and around for the camera. We can see his suntan - the shape of his swimsuit is clearly visible. Shot of Bill, someone tells him to pull his stomach in and stick his chest out - he does so.
