Summary

Pathe Intertitles - ‘Someone once declared that Japan was a paradise for children - certainly the kiddies are well-looked after -'. ‘From anearly age the youngsters are trained to carry their younger brothers and sisters about - "prams" are scarce -'. ‘But, whether in the parks or on the streets, Nippon’s future Citizens have the same amount of curiosity and love of play -'. ‘The chief popular fetes are dedicated to the children - especially the Feast of the Dolls. And what preparations!'. ‘Miss Nipon adores the theatre - and nothing pleases her more than making up and acting in her miniature doll-like way.'
