Summary

NoS synopsis: "Meet dainty Myrtle Winter, a young lady of 16 summers - and no bones to speak of!" Winder demonstrates the suppleness of her body. "Exercises that would give the average girl or man a pain in every place, are simple - to Myrtle!" Various acrobatic stunts are performed. Gymnastic splits. Camera dollys in and out as she performs her bendy routine. Looks like she is in the Pathe Studio. "It’s a great thing to have elastic sides - and an elastic spine, too!" Myrtle bends over backwards making fancy movements with her hands. She slinks down onto her back then turns over and does a few more stunts.
