Summary
COI synopsis: Surprized to learn that London Airport routes a plane in and out every three minutes, Joan and Julius Evans, visitors from the United States, go behind the scenes to discover something of the effort and organisation that makes this possible. They talk with the Commandant of the Airport, the men in the control tower, and visit the bakery and kitchens where over 4,000 meals a day are prepared for serving on planes.
