- Summary
- COI synopsis: A new communication technique uses a xenon light beam to carry messages. Ideal for noisy places like building sites where electrical interference prohibits radio signals, the light beam is modulated by vibrations from the human voice. A receiver unscrambles the light pattern and reproduces the voice.
