- COI synopsis: Five hundred years ago one of the earliest printing presses in Europe was set up in that city of dreaming spires - Oxford. Today, the Oxford University Press is one of the biggest publishing houses in the world. Maggie Palmer visits the Press and the city on its 500th birthday.
