Summary
COI synopsis: African experts and students visit the Highlands of Scotland to see how far rural development in this part of Britain parallels conditions in the African countryside. London Line cameras follow. We show how development in all rural areas takes a similar course and that successful development in one area can be used to help others.
Researcher Comments
