Summary
COI synopsis: Industry develops not only on land but above, and, as in this case, below the surface; for there lies a new frontier underwater which London Line decided to cross. We follow the training of two African divers on an advanced training course in Britain. The Divers are among the first of many who will return to Africa to add their skills to the development of African shipping and oil industries.
