Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Chinese Gymnasts. DESCRIPTION: A Gymnastic experience at the Empire Pool, Wembley when the Chinese gymnasts give a display of strength and muscle control which leaves the audience spellbound. SHOTLIST: MS men form a stand, pull back to girl doing floor exercises in front. CU spectators. MS man holds girl up, throws her up she slowly drops onto his leg - they are hand to hand vertically. MS man supporting other man only by hands and slowly rests his shoulders on his knees and again vertically hand to hand. MS crowd. MS more men showing muscle control. MS crowd. MS 2 men showing another man to each other. CU crowd. LS act finished. MS crowd. LS man doing head over heels. LS woman cartwheel. MS man does head-over-heels without touching ground with hands. MS crowd. MS gymnasts into arena and wave.
