MS press waiting for arrival of new Prime Minister. GV Buckingham Palace. MS Mr Wilson arrives by car to hand in resignation to HM the Queen. Pan as car goes in gates. MCU sign "Downing Street". MS Mr Callaghan with wife (now Prime Minister) waving to crowds. He goes inside. MS crowds outside. MS Mr Callaghan sitting at desk. MCU Mr Callaghan.
