MS top of building with Irish flag flying. MS driver of coach. MS shamrock being blessed by Catholic priest. MS Councillor Patrick Dunne, Lord Mayor of Dublin pinning shamrock on woman. MS Dublin official wearing cocked hat pinning shamrock onto himself. MS Mayor pinning shamrock. MS sword and mace being brought forward.
