- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Amateur Cup Final. DESCRIPTION: The Amateur Cup Final held at Wembley between Enfield and Hendon, ending in a win for Hendon for the third time. SHOTLIST: MS towards players walking out onto pitch, Enfield on left. CU ball being placed on centre spot. MS Enfield fans cheering. CU Enfield rosette. TV Enfield kick off, and attack down their right wing, pull back to GV as they attack. MS ball is centred towards Hendon goal but is headed away. MS pan Enfield attack from left wing, ball passed twice towards centre, Enfield player shoots for goal, but misses (ball goes from left wing to No 10 Ken Gray, then to centre). CU man in crowd chewing. TV Hendon attacking down their right wing, ball passed to No 7, Bobby Childs who runs up wing and centres. MS scramble round Enfield goal, ball kicked up field. MCU Enfield goalie (Andy Williams) waiting in goal, MS Hendon player No 9 races down their right wing, he shoots for goal pan as ball goes into goal. LS zoom in team mates congratulating him. GV crowds cheering (end of 1st half). MS Enfield attacking Hendon goal in 2nd half, Enfield No 9 John Butterfield heads ball towards goal, goalie (John Swannell) punches ball over bar. MS crowds watching. LTV Enfield attacking Hendon goal. MLS ditto, Enfield player shoots, goalie dives but ball goes wide. CU girl in crowd with binoculars. MS scrummage round Hendon goal, ball cleared from line by Hendon player. CU photographers . GTV Hendon No 8 John Connell raced down their left wing at 138’ he passes to No 7 Bobby Childs who is brought down by Enfield No 2 Tony Gibson for free kick, zoom in to referee. MS pan Hendon No 6 Rodney Haider (captain) takes free kick at 155’, ball is headed in by No 9 Tony Bass for Hendon 2nd goal, pan to No 9 being congratulated. MS Haider being presented with cup (presented by Lord Netherthorpe Honorary Vice President of FA). CU small boy in crowd holding miniature cup. MS captain holding up cup with team mates. CU captain pan up to cup.
