Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Saved for Tomorrow. DESCRIPTION: In India, millions bathe in the waters at a place revered by all Hindus - and pray for the safe deliverance of the Sun from the latest Solar eclipse. But prayers alone are not enough to save the Temple of Abu Simbel from the waters of the Aswan High Dam. Thirty six million dollars were needed to raise the huge building and its massive sculptures, more than two hundred feet above its original site. SHOTLIST: MS crowds of Indians at Kurukshetra.
