MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Autoland Automatic Landing Device. DESCRIPTION: A major advance in flight schedules and safety for BOAC. Unknown to the passengers of a VC10, they’ve just landed at London Airport on the automatic system, with no help from the pilot. With this British equipment, Jetliners can operate in nil visibility! SHOTLIST: Air to air Super VC10 in flight (fade title). MS interior cock-pit of VC10 as it comes into land at LAP. MCU controls moving between pilots. MS ditto. CU joy stick moving automatically.
