Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Under the Mersey. DESCRIPTION: Breakthrough between Liverpool and Wallasey under the River Mersey. The pilot tunnel of the new underwater link has been completed in just over a year. The Second Mersey Tunnel is due to be in service by 1970. SHOTLIST: GV The River Mersey.
