Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Festival of the Tommycod. DESCRIPTION: Below an old church about 120 miles from Montreal, some fifteen hundred cabins make up a wooden town which stretches for a mile down the ice-bound river. Inside these cabins, people can fish in comfort, through a hole in the ice for tommycod, which are travelling in shoals up the St Lawrence to spawn. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
