Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: See Them on Show. DESCRIPTION: We took a ride to Brighton to visit the British Toy Fair, to see some of the novelties for ‘63: Soft toys galore, air cushions, a battery-driven hovercraft, and racing cars for the car-conscious youngster. At Olympia, we saw some real racers at the Racing Car Show, including the ERA, one of the historic cars on show, the 1925 V12 Sunbeam, and that giant of the twenties, the 4 1/2 Bentley. But the highlight here was the V8 BRM which won last year’s World Championship in the hands of Graham Hill. The Champion driver was there with runner-up Jim Clark. SHOTLIST: TOY FAIR - Key scene.
