- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hong Kong’s Latest. DESCRIPTION: Hong Kong’s been making good use of some of the money collected in Britain during World Refugee Year, building new community centres to cope with the refugees, who continue to swell the Colony’s population. Children, in particular, find life a good deal brighter here. There’s a library to satisfy their search for knowledge, and a good tuck-in for ravenous appetites.
