Summary
Seen arriving at London Airport, a new singing star with a great future: 21-year-old Teresa Stratas, whose magnificent voice won her a contract with the famous New York Metropolitan Opera Company. In the world of films, she has already co-starred with Robert Ryan in The Canadians, the first British film made entirely in Canada. Twentieth Century Fox see this young Canadian as a singing star in the tradition of Jeanette MacDonald. From London Airport, Teresa Stratas drove to the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, where she was to sing Mimi in La Boheme.
