Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Amateur Champions. DESCRIPTION: Our pictures show Bantamweights in action at Wembley during the ABA Championships. Frank Taylor, fighting Private Lewis Mackay won the verdict. Light-heavyweight Johnny Ould, the title holder, met Ray Shiel. The result was a points win for Ould, Champion again. One of the best bouts of the evening was the middleweight encounter between Roy Addison of the RAF and Bob Nicolson of the Fitzroy Lodge Club. Victory was awarded to Roy Addison.
