DESCRIPTION: Three times, he’s been world motor cycling champion, but when John Surtees took the wheel of a Cooper Austin at Goodwood, he was out for his first race on four wheels. It was a ten-lap scratch race for Formula Junior cars, and John Surtees finished a very good second. SHOTLIST: Surtees drives a Cooper Austin on the track at Goodwood. First time he has ever raced in cars. Finished second in a ten lap race for Formula junior cars.
