MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Water Rat. DESCRIPTION: The Grand Order of Water Rats have installed Prince Philip as a Companion Rat. It was Bud Flanagan who pinned on the badge. Tommy Trinder presented a cheque for fifteen hundred pounds for the London Federation of Boys’ Clubs, and he advised the Prince to get it cleared as quickly as possible!
