Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Anti-Nazi Protest. DESCRIPTION: The protest march was in West Berlin, a demonstration by some 20,000 young Germans against the revolting re-appearance of Nazism. An end to race hatred, stop anti-Semitism, expel Nazis from the classroom, these were some of their demands. It’s obviously Germany’s task to take immediate and effective action. That West Berlin intends to do so was emphasised by the Burgomaster, Herr Willy Brandt, who made a speech. SHOTLIST: MS protest march. MS same. GV banners. MS marchers. MS same (4). TS crowds.
