Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Wrong Way Down. DESCRIPTION: A well-known landmark of Sydney’s foreshore was recently demolished. Care was taken that the chimney fell away from near-by buildings. But down it came in the wrong direction, 1300 tons of it, but no lives were lost. SHOTLIST: Workers knocking out bricks. MCU chimney falling down onto some buildings below. Rubble and buildings that were flattened. Reverse shot of the chimney going back up.
