Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Oil Boom for Canada. DESCRIPTION: There’s no oil crisis in Western Canada. In Southern Saskatchewan the fields are a driller’s paradise as the oil lies fairly close to the surface. It only takes twelve days drilling to bring a well into action. In the first half of this year Saskatchewan’s output for last year was nearly doubled. SHOTLIST: Panning shot over fields. Various shots of drilling machinery drilling for oil. Oil tankers on train. Train moving along.
