Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ulster TT Race. DESCRIPTION: At Dunrod Circuit in Northern Ireland the race was fast and sometimes furious. The race was marred by tragedy, three drivers were killed - two of them in a seven car pile up. A happier result was the birthday victory of Stirling Moss who averaged more than eighty eight miles an hour. SHOTLIST: CU Mike Hawthorn, Juan Fangio and Stirling Moss. SCU ‘Le Mans’ type start. CU Moss running to car and getting in and starting. SCU cars leaving start. GV various shots of race. CU Moss coming into pits with ruined tyre and ruined right rear wing.
