In Formosa itself, the Chinese Nationalist Army (said to number between a quarter and half a million men) parade before their leader, Chiang Kai-Shek. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Eisenhower entering Congress. Cut-in of Congress delegates. SCU & CU Eisenhower addressing Congress speaking on the releasing of the 7th US Fleet off Formosa.
