MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Keenan Wins By Technical Knock-Out. DESCRIPTION: Peter Keenan of Glasgow (holder) met Frankie Williams of Birkenhead (the challenger) at the Ice Rink, Paisley. The fight was for the Bantam-weight title of Great Britain. Keenan was awarded the decision when, in the seventh round, Williams was obviously well beaten and the referee stopped the bout. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Boxers enter ring. Various shots during fight, cut-ins of audience. Williams floored several times by Keenan. Shots during fifth round & seventh round, shows Williams badly knocked about. Referee stops fight. CU Keenan with Lonsdale Belt on.
