Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Changing the Guard (Ussr & Us). DESCRIPTION: The scene is Vienna; the occasion, the handing over of control of the international zone by Russian forces to American. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Russian troops marching along road into camera. Parade in Square. Officers in charge of Russian troops and Americans advance towards each other.
