MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Berlin Blockade Lifted. DESCRIPTION: After almost a year, the Berlin Blockade has been lifted, barriers are raised and the Russian sector is again open to road traffic. Convoys of lorries loaded with necessities drive into the city. SHOTLIST: Cut story: Lorries at night pass along through crowds. Various shots of lorries in convoy with placards displayed. Buses in convoy move off. Pass through sector etc. Convoy speeds along autobahn. Small crowd around sector as lorries pass through. Train pulls into station. Train passes camera. Berlin signal goes up. Night officers inspecting papers etc.
