MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: World of Sport - Australians Settle Down. DESCRIPTION: The Australian cricketers get in some practice at Lord’s. They also attended a luncheon at the Savoy given by the British Sportsman’s Club. SHOTLIST: KS GV Lord’s Cricket Ground, with Don Bradman and Mr Aird walking out of camera into centre of pitch. SCU cricketers kit on ground. Elevated GV practising in the nets. MS Ernest Toshack and young child try out a bit of catching.
