MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bari Bombed. DESCRIPTION: The German bombing raid on Bari caused the loss of seventeen Allied ships and inflicted great damage. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Various shots of town shows crowds standing about ruins, people dug out & carried away on stretchers. Various shots of ships blazing furiously, this being in the harbour, panning shots of ships totalling about 17. Launch passing burning ships. Blazing ships taken from all angles. This is very good material.
