MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Lord Louis - C-in-C SE Asia. DESCRIPTION: Admiral Lord Louis Mountbatten has been appointed Supreme Commander-in-Chief, South East Asia. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Commences with shots of Lord Louis inspecting Naval officers. This I believe was during his tour in South America. Inspection of Commandos aboard LCI transport (previously censored), various shots. CU Mountbatten (very good). Finishing on CU of him giving a speech (the one recorded at Sandhurst). ‘Please correct any of the above statements in wrong.'
