Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "Rumania declares herself on the side of civilisation and the Entente Powers. Men and artillery of the Rumanian army who have been in strict training since the outbreak of the European war." Horse-drawn carriage charges across an open stretch of land. The gun is unlimbered and prepared for action. Infantrymen stack their rifles in tripod form, remove the packs from their backs and quickly form two ranks.
