Summary
Pathe synopsis: Chip Chops is no actor - but he’s got talent. In a Pimlico pub, this Alsatian helps publican Larry Ainsley stack barrels, and he gets a drink as a reward - neat soda water fired straight from the syphon. You’ve got to be pretty nippy to catch the soda jet, as one unhappy customer finds out.
