Summary
Pathe synopsis: During the first World War British scientists overcame the serious lack of raw materials for boat building by constructing vessels made of a special type of concrete. Using a similar secret formula, a firm of yacht-builders has recently produced an extremely tough, yet comfortable, cabin cruiser.
