Summary
Pathe synopsis: The various railway signalling systems have innumerable built-in safety devices which are practically infallible - but they can only be operated by a highly skilled person. To see how a signalman becomes expert, we go behind the scenes at the Signalling Training School at Clapham Junction, where perfect scale model trains are controlled by equally accurate models of signalling systems.
