Summary
Pathe synopsis: The Wheat Bulb Fly is an insect pest which does untold damage to Britain’s crops, but at the Rothamsted Experimental Station scientists are fighting this pest with all their resources. Immense patience is needed in this work, for the flies have to be caught, anaesthetised, marked with identifying paint, then released in a field cage, and their subsequent movements checked.
