Summary
Pathe synopsis: Most men enjoy playing with model cars although often they don’t like to admit it, but scientists for example have a good excuse, for a variety of models are used in tests carried out by the Road Research Laboratory at Langley, Bucks. Each year road accidents cost nearly £100 million, besides incalculable suffering and distress. But quietly and efficiently these backroom boys are fighting back, grandually reducing that terrible toll.
