Summary
When Torrey Canyon spewed her oil cargo into the sea, France as well as Britain suffered. French beaches were engulfed and fishing was hit. To prove to the fish-loving French nation that all was well with sea food, the biggest free buffet of fish the world has ever seen was laid on in Paris.
