MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: TM at Cardiff and Gloucester. DESCRIPTION: Their Majesties visit Cardiff where they talk to Merchant Seamen and Gloucester where Hurricanes are manufactured. SHOTLIST: Cardiff - The King and Queen chat with Merchant seamen and go aboard defensively armed ships. Later they visit a shell factory. Gloucester - TM visit a factory where they see Hawker "Hurricanes" in the process of manufacture. King at Aircraft Factory - CARD 38278 The King sees girls at work on a Westland Lysander. Various shots. Story used in First Tour of the West.
