Summary
Evacuation of children begins again in London as the flying bomb raids claim more victims. The children are seen leaving a London railway station (possibly Paddington) and arriving at Knutsford. New underground shelters, eight in all, have been opened for the public in London and in comfort and design are superior to those used in the early part of the war. A direct hit occurs on the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks, while a Sunday morning service was in progress. Mr Churchill is seen in London looking at damage caused by flying bombs. (Note: Guards Chapel was bombed 18 June 1944, killing 121).
