Dennis Drinkwater was an editor for the science magazine series Living Tomorrow (1969-1983), produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv]. His only surviving credit is for ‘OUT OF THE AIR: SUPERSONIC SEEDER’, Living Tomorrow No.158, released in 1975.
