Programmes are searchable by title, genre (culture, history, philosophy, religion, science) and by era, from prehistoric to 20th century. Recent programmes are available as podcasts, and an e-mail newsletter gives Melvyn Bragg’s personal insight into the latest programme.

Particularly welcome is the Feature Archive on past programmes. The live broadcast is also streamed from the site. The schedules were heavily revamped in 2007.
