There are party political broadcasts, manifesto launches, debates, campaign events, press conferences, documentaries, leader profiles, interviews, dramas, comedies and news broadcasts, from 27 television and radio channels.
The full list of programmes, listed by date and classified by programme type, is available to download as an XLS spreadsheet. All the programmes are available to researchers at either of the British Library’s two sites – St Pancras in London and Boston Spa in Yorkshire.

Short Film Central was started in 2005 to help filmmakers promote their short films. Since then, the international short film database has been updated daily by filmmakers, film schools, distributors, exhibitors and others in the short film industry. Short Film Central aims to help extend the life of short films, which often ends after their initial 1-2 year festival run. Film owners can show their films or trailers on their short film profiles, and film fans can request short films which are not yet available. The site provides a database of short films with sophisticated search options including searches by animation technique, subtitle languages and films available on DVD or YouTube; People can be searched by their role, e.g. animators, storyboard editors and sound artists. The Film London Artists’ Moving Image Network (FLAMIN) supports London-based artists working in moving image - whether film, video, digital or new technologies and for installation, animation, cinema, gallery exhibition, the public realm or broadcast. The Network helps artists engage with and benefit from the wide range of services, resources and opportunities that the capital has to offer. It works with other organisations to offer online resources (listings and guides covering production, exhibition, training and career development relating to moving image work), funds an Awards scene and organises regular seminars, screenings, artist talks, panel discussions and ‘in conversation’ sessions. An advice service is available for any technical or general query.

- Databases
A database giving information on over 503,588 films from 175 countries compiled by Alan Goble. The site is easy to navigate but understandably in a database of this size the level of information given on each film varies considerably. A more recent film will typically cite title, year of production, man cast and production credits, duration and country of production. In addition, there are over 570,500 references to books and journals.

A website that provides a chronological flow of events that lead to the development of television. It is focused on hardware, not television programmes, or programming, or how television influences lives. There is some programme information on the site relating to the ‘first’ shows, and how they were discussed in TV Guide. The majority of information on the site relates to American television. The Collections pages list individuals and organisations from around the world with their own websites and collections; a warning that several links are broken.
