The BUFVC, in association with the Open University, established a Managing Agent and Advisory Service for moving pictures and sound. MAAS Media Online selected and cleared rights in audio-visual materials for delivery online to UK HE/FE and provided an advisory service to assist teachers, researchers,support staff and their institutions to access and use this form of content. MAAS Media Online is no longer in operation, but the digitised films are now delivered through Film and Sound Online.
