Learning on Screen Awards 2012

The BUFVC Learning on Screen Awards 2012 was held at the BFI Southbank, London on the evening of Thursday 26 April 2012.

The Awards celebrate and reward excellence in the use of moving image and related media in learning, teaching and research.

They are open to broadcast, non-broadcast and multimedia entries, from broadcastersproduction companieseducation providers and museum personnel, amongst others.

Postgraduate, undergraduate and further education students can also enter via the Student Production Awards categories.

Awards Ceremony 2012

The evening was presented by Professor Stewart Purvis CBE, Professor of Television Journalism, City University London and former Chief Executive at ITN.

Lord Winston at Learning on Screen 2012

The awards ceremony also included a guest speech from Professor Lord Winston, Professor of Science and Society and Emeritus Professor of Fertility Studies at Imperial College London.

Learning on Screen Awards 2013

The Learning on Screen Awards 2013 will take place on 18 April 2013 and will open to entries in Autumn 2012. If you wish to be notified as soon as the entry period is opened, please send your request via email.
