Conference Themes
The 2011 Learning on Screen Conference focused on the importance and benefits of using moving image and sound in education. Sessions explored the following key themes:
- using moving image and sound to improve teaching and learning
- meeting student expectations
- content – finding it and using it effectively
- production – designing successful educational media
- controlling and reducing costs.
Presentations
Presentations included practical guidance, innovative ideas and case studies from a selection of speakers. Delegates also had the valued opportunity to discuss and share personal experiences with expert practitioners, presenters and colleagues.
