- Synopsis
- Originally broadcast by Thames Television in 1974, this film shows a year in the life of the Yorkshire farmer Geoffrey Morton and his farm horses. Throughout the programme Morton talks about his way of life and his belief that working horses still have a part to play in farming. The film won documentarist Frank Cvitanovich a Bafta award and the Prix Italia for Documentaries.
