This documentary tells the story of the Bauhaus school from its foundation by Walter Gropius in 1919, through its tumultuous history and far-reaching influence on 20th century art, design and architecture. Consisting of numerous interviews with former Bauhaus students and archive footage of the time, this film gives an insight into the spirit of the school and its history.
